Refund Policy

At 2F Cigars, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of tobacco products and strict federal and state regulations, please carefully review our refund policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Tobacco Products

Because cigars and other tobacco products are perishable and regulated, all sales of tobacco products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.

This policy is in compliance with federal and state tobacco laws to ensure product safety, freshness, and authenticity.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at info@2fcigars.com or call us at (240) 267-2898

To process your claim, we require:

Photos clearly showing the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging.
Your order number and contact information.

Upon verification, we will at our discretion provide a replacement or a store credit for the damaged portion of your order.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at the contact details above. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a replacement or store credit if appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable (i.e., on damaged or incorrect items), will be issued to the original payment method after we complete the verification process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
