We ship only within the continental United States, subject to state and local laws. Due to federal and state tobacco regulations, we cannot ship tobacco products to the following states and territories:

Utah, South Dakota, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont
San Francisco (CA), Anchorage (AK), and other localities with flavor bans
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Adult Signature Required: All shipments require the signature of an adult (21+). Carrier fees for adult signature are included in your shipping charges.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery may vary based on your location.

6. Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Damaged or defective items upon receipt

Sale items or clearance products
Gift cards
Downloadable products or digital goods

To initiate a return, contact info@2fcigars.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
